I have the following problem:
I have to use embedded SQL in a program, and then I have to base a report on the results of the SQL. The problem that I have is that the results from the SQL are stored in a temp Answer.db table. So I cant use the report designer in Paradox.
How can I create a report on the results from the SQL?

Yes I could run the SQL once and then base the report from that, but you see the problem is that at run time a user selects certain values and options, from which the SQL is then dynamically created. So I cant run the SQL before hand.
And then the report hsould also by dynamically created from the results from the SQL.
Maybe I could change the name from the Answer table to something else but then, how do build the report at run time?

Well if thats the way it's gotta be :-)
Thanks for the help, just one more question.
Where can i find an example of code that manipulates reports at run-time. This is my first time using Opal, so I'm still learning.

I saw in the Help files that there is a report open statement, that specifies a SQL string as a argument? Does anyone know if this could help me?
