Help Desk, Support, Liaison, and Projects
Labor types defined:
- Support = Software Only. Goal is to keep the device going until hardware failure.
- Remort Support = Report a support problem (phone, email, ticket system) and we'll work on the problem remotely. We can fix 95% of problems remotely. Business hours only (Mon..Fri, 8..5, closed holidays)
- Onsite Support = Support performed at your place of business.
- Phone Help Desk = Based on best-effort tech help for ANYTHING! Available during business hours only (Mon..Fri, 8..5, closed holidays). The only catch is that you must stay on the phone with the tech.
- Project Work = Anything not support nor phone help desk. Covers hardware failures, setting up new devices, installing new software, etc.
