2 already made forms in 1?

Heya gang,, , I have 2 forms that are quite detailed in fields. I tried using wizard to make them together but it just refuses to, error: "wizard cannot make form" , , is it possible to add one form to another as a link form? if so, how? Confused

fields on form applying to a document

I have a form with the same values of the Word document. Can I make the fields of the form fill in the blanks of the Word document? This way, I'd like to have a print command on the bottom of the form and when that happens, it would be nice for it to launch the already made Word document, fill in the blanks, and then print the document. Is this possible? If so, how? Confused
