I've heard rumors that the next version of Windows will be 64-bit. Furthermore, it will have a 32-bit and 16-bit layer / interpretor for backword compatibility. Anybody heard anything?

I've also heard that Microsoft is going to give it a new name (to avoid law suits) and change the way it works so it isn't backward compatible to Windows. This means they're also rewritting all of their software too. Anyone heard this too?
