I am displaying customer details viz.

Name, telephone no, address etc

When clciked on a row (og the grid having customer details) i want to dial the telephone number displayed.

I am using mshflexgrid and I know mshflexgrid1textmatrix function to fetch telephone no.

I want to know the function which will dial the telephone no i wil pass on as parameter

You should be able to reference the TAPI library and use the COM interface. There is also a telephone COM interface available in the MS speech SDK.

I'm not sure if i understand you correctly, but if you want to dail a phone number from VB your going to have to go look for TAPI (Telephone API)code on the net.

There is to my knowledge no VB function that talks to the phone, your most likely going to have to code it yourself, or buy a Active X control.
