auxiliary password

auxiliary password in ObjectPAL topic (part of our Corel Paradox / ObjectPAL Coding group).

Quick Search: auxiliary   password   auxiliary password

Does anyone know how to use ObjectPal in P10 to assign an auxiliary password to a table that is already password protected with a master password?

I have a ton of tables in various aliases that I originally passworded with a master password by writing a little routine using the protect() method.

Now, I'd like to add an auxiliary password with read only access rights. But I've been unable to find out how to do it. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks again!

You have to do it using restruct(). I've never needed to do it, but the instructions in the help files seem relatively painless.
