we need to find an easy way to convert the source code of an application written in Paradox for Windows into Delphi 5.
Any ideas?????

Unfortunately, there is not an easy way; no magic bullet. There were some attempts to make converters early on, but they didn't work well (or hardly at all).

We call this type of project a technical conversion and they're not that bad. We do these types of projects all the time. Basically, you document the existing functionality and recreate it in Delphi.
