I have experienced the disappearance of ALL memo field values (multiple memo fields, thousands of records) in at least one table (although the *.Mxx files still exist).

Based on info from another, old thread, I understand that there‘s neither a "built-in recovery tool" nor a "simple recovery process" to re-attach .Mxx files to a .DB, but where might I find the explanation of a tool or process--regardless of complexity--to explain how to do it myself?

Thanks in advance for any help!

duplicate post.. you have to write a routine to scan the table and reinsert the files/data
