 Access periodically from Paradox to a folder

Hi All,
I need to know the way to access periodically from Paradox to a folder and recover the files deposited in that folder to be treated by Paradox.
Can you please help me on that matter.

there are many ways to make a backup, using backup programs or using paradox itself.. please explain your situation, or your problem
don't do it when others are using the files.. when you restore a table from the backup, always restore table.*, not just table.db
