Take Away:

Our QT4 series cameras replaced our old system in February 2012.

Note: Verifying our camera system is NOT part of the whiteboard procedure nor any other procedure. When it‘s down, we wait for someone to report it.

Support Note: The DVR is in the attick and plugged into the upper left monitor in the break room. Switch input to see what‘s going on. The power cable is plugged into the server room and labeled. If it‘s locked up, okay to unplug/plug back in.

Browser compatibility: You can use IE or K-Meleon to view the cameras. The DVR Webserver is NOT compatible with Edge, Chrome, nor Firefox.
