Take Away:
Kick start tech staff. Watch tech whiteboard to make sure all use their planner. Plus watch it throughout day to make sure they enter timers within 5 minutes of returning and have one running at the office for their stuff. All=whiteboard/clean. Each=Planner, My Home, communication, then work from assignments.

Daily Routine
Review today's schedule. You MUST fill NB time with billable or "good" NB.
Spot check Whiteboard Reconciliation procedure (make sure tech is on today's work).
Verify a help desk person is working help desk procedure.
Review today/yesterday timer notes and work (Company > Highlights). Review only tech staff. Coach! Use email ONLY.
Also, use the whiteboard to make sure all use their planner and create timers. Especially when returning from appointments (timers must be entered within 5 minutes).
Tue / Thu Add-on Routine
Review ONE tech's highlights.
Review billable tech assignments: Company | Assignments | Open Billable: Tech (review both In Progress and To Start).
From Client Browser, book 2 appointments with neglected clients. Use Client Browser.
Wed Add-on Routine
Review nonbillable tech assignments: Company | Assignments | Open Billable: Tech (review both In Progress and To Start)
Get as much done of the above as you can in a reasonable time, then report your findings to the President. In general, report your findings and solutions from above.
