Have customer initial prior to start. Gather signature at end. Collect immediate payment for home users and non-support agreement customers. Even for business support clients, collect if offered.

1. Choose flat-rate or T&M.

2. Customer must initial top portion of work order to authorize work.

3. Perform work updating customer as you work.

4. Customer must sign work order at end of job.

5. For home users, collect payment. For non-support clients, collect payment. For businesses with an open support account, collect payment or indicate credit given on work order.
