Q. Will Carbonite backup my family videos automatically?
A. Mostly NO. It will backup some, but in general you need to review all your files to make sure they are being backed up. Checking at the folder level is NOT good enough. Also, you can specific files and add extensions to the default list.
Q. Can I reinstall Carbonite if I've uninstalled it?
A. Yes. Furthermore, Carbonite will remember all your data and settings because it is stored online. For example, all files that have NOT changed, will not be reuploaded. Only new files and newly modified files will be uploaded. Carbonite will also remember your settings such as file extensions you've added.
Q. Can I retrieve a file I've backed up while on the road? From another computer?
