During Discovery we decide on an approach that works for both companies, establish an initial budget, and document what the software must do.
During the Inception phase is a great time for YOU to put into writing as best you can what you want the software to do. This will save us both time during the Requirements phase. During the Requirements phase, we put into writing what the software must do. We take any written documentation you provide, review it, and ask clarifying questions. For most projects, this is also the time we start a prototype (an empty shell of the finished project. Usual Deliverables: - Written Requirements Document
