Special folders used with our Windows 2000/NT servers. These folders have "different" rights than all other folders:

/CGI-BIN/ -- for CGI scripts.
/DATA/ -- for files that need to be written to (not browser-accessible)
/ANONYMOUS/ -- for Anonymous FTP (if enabled)
