To access your Control Panel, perform the following steps:
In the browser Address box, enter your domain name followed by /stats/. For example, http://www.forexample-domain.com/stats/. You can also access the Control Panel by entering your IP address followed by /stats/. For example, http://10.110.10.10/stats/.
You must include /stats/ at the end of your domain address to access your Control Panel.
If your domain is not active or you are unable to access your Control Panel using your domain name, you will need to use your IP address until your domain name has propagated. Propagation will occur approximately 24 hours after receipt of your Activation Notice.
Propagation is the process whereby all of the Internet Service Providers in the world must update their DNS cache records to reflect the new location of a domain name.
If you have a Domain Pointer or YourCompanyWebMail account, and you have pointed your domain name to another location, please use the parked IP address for your account. The parked IP address is the IP address included in the Activation Notice e-mail.
If you are unable to access your Control Panel via the domain name after 24 hours, please submit a support case to Prestwood Support.
From the Enter Network Password dialog box, enter your User Name and Password. Click OK.
Your User Name and Password are provided to you in your Activation Notice E-mail.
